Matthew 19: From Galilee to Judea beyond the Jordan
Read it →When Jesus has finished his sayings he leaves Galilee and comes into the region of Judea beyond the Jordan, where large crowds follow him and he heals them there. In that place Pharisees test him with a question on divorce, children are brought for him to bless, and a rich young man asks what he must do to have eternal life and goes away sorrowful. The chapter ends with Jesus telling Peter what those who have left everything to follow him will receive.
